If we want to confront ISIS and armed groups and demand our legal rights from Baghdad, we must first reach an agreement among ourselves.
Because Kurdistan is divided between four states, establishing a joint military command is difficult. But a High Political Council should be established so that the Kurdish question can be presented to the world as one file.”
