Juventus' capital increase is entering its decisive phase. If the full €250M operation is completed, theoretical pro-rata contributions would be:

• Exor: €163.4M
• Tether: €28.8M
• Lindsell Train: €15.5M
• Market & other shareholders: €42M

With a 65.375% stake, Exor's theoretical pro-rata commitment is around €163.4M. Having already advanced €60M, just over €103M would remain to be contributed if the operation reaches the maximum amount.

Crucially, Exor has also committed to covering shares left unsubscribed by other investors, meaning its total investment could exceed €163.4M.

Tether, which owns 11.527%, would need to invest around €28.8M to maintain its stake and avoid dilution.
