🇮🇹🎙️Luciano Spalletti: “At Roma, I coached a fanbase. At Napoli, you coach a city. With the national team, a whole country. At Juventus, you coach a mentality: it’s the history of football.

Here there is a real Juventus way. It’s not just a powerful emotion. It is joy, pride and responsibility — feelings that never leave me. It is the constant intensity of exaggerated sadness and overwhelming happiness.

You don’t just have to live football here — you have to live Juventus. We are competing with our own standards, not with everyone else.

Being Juventus coach is something extraordinary. Truly immense. Doing something you love is freedom; being happy to go and do it is love.

There are enormous responsibilities, of course. It will be difficult for us, but it’s a challenge I gladly accept. Here, I feel happy and free.” ⚪️⚫️
