Senior Product Manager, Agentic AI Platform

📍 Must be Dubai based

I’m partnering with a fast-growing enterprise AI company building agentic AI that works reliably in real-world enterprise environments.

They’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to turn lessons from live customer deployments into scalable, reusable platform capabilities. This is not a traditional feature PM role.

You’ll be building the platform that engineers and enterprise teams build on, with a roadmap shaped by patterns across deployments rather than individual customer requests.

What we’re looking for:
— 5+ years in Product Management, primarily B2B
— 2+ years owning a platform, API, infrastructure or developer-facing product
— Strong technical depth — comfortable with code, architecture and agent traces
— Hands-on experience with LLM/agentic systems in production — orchestration, tool calling, RAG, evaluation or debugging
