cis business development manager

job responsibilities:


• collaborate on the planning needs for localized promotion of contracts on the platform, identifying local crypto channels, agents, and high-quality kols.
• serve as the primary point of contact for channels, agents, or kols, handling activities, feedback, coordination, and related matters.
• work with growth operations and channels/agents/kols to design and execute effective campaigns aimed at acquiring more contract users, improving contract user conversion rates, and increasing contract trading volume.
• responsible for expanding local contract resources, completing business development, brand collaborations, resource exchanges, and other related tasks.
• achieve the corresponding kpi performance targets within the team.


job requirements:


• over two years of experience in financial bd or related fields, with an understanding of local cryptocurrency policies and trends.
• no restrictions on nationality or language; proficiency in at least chinese or english is required
• preference for candidates with resources in crypto contracts, futures, stocks, or financial literacy communities.
• a certain level of understanding of cryptocurrency-related terminology and trends, with an enthusiasm for crypto culture.

• ability to work flexible or extended hours and engage frequently with the crypto community as needed.
• familiarity with social media platforms such as youtube, whatsapp, twitter, telegram, discord, and instagram, with personal insights and unique perspectives on kol-generated content.
• candidates with more experience will be considered as bd team leader.
