role overview
the turkish bd lead will be responsible for driving market expansion, partnerships, user acquisition, and revenue growth across turkey. this role requires deep knowledge of the turkish crypto ecosystem, strong industry networks, and a strategic mindset.

key responsibilities
• develop and execute market expansion strategies for turkey.
• identify and onboard kols, affiliates, institutional partners, and local communities.
• build and manage relationships with media, influencers, blockchain communities, and ecosystem partners.
• drive trading volume growth through campaigns and strategic partnerships.
• collaborate with marketing, product, and compliance teams to localize initiatives.
• monitor competitor activities and provide strategic insights.
• represent xt.com at local crypto events and conferences.

requirements
• 4+ years of experience in business development, preferably in crypto, blockchain, or fintech.
• strong network within turkey’s crypto ecosystem.
• proven track record in partnerships, revenue growth, and market expansion.
• excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• fluency in turkish and english.
• self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced global environment.
preferred
• experience managing bd teams.
• strong understanding of derivatives, spot trading, and crypto products.
