His status hearing is TOMORROW at
2:00 p.m.

I’m holding a press conference at 1:00 p.m. EST. At the E Prettyman Courthouse. At the same kangaroo courthouse I was persecuted in.

I’ll be standing up for his release and for these charges to be dropped. This man should not be sitting in a cell.

If you’re here, come stand with us. Bring a sign. Brian needs to see he’s not alone.

The prosecutor is Jocelyn Ballantine. She ran cases out of the Capitol Siege Section under the Biden DOJ. I know that office. I know that playbook. She’s still on the job.
This isn’t abstract to me. I’ve lived what happens when they decide the story first and build the case after. Brian deserves better than that.
