Jack Eltis To expand on this, this 2023 study and this 2010 study, found that anti-immigration sentiment also directly correlates with support for capital punishment. In short, if you don't want to be invaded by hordes of foreigners and your country destroyed, you…
This is why it’s dumb that One Nation countersignal capital punishment and the livestreamed execution.

Statistically, and you also see it online all the time, their base and supporters will be highly supportive of capital punishment.

They could've just at least said nothing, let alone completely cucking.

The party and Pauline herself supported capital punishment as a policy in 2025 after Charlie Kirk, but later dropped it in August 2026.

Countersignalling it goes against your base, which is on brand for One Nation.

The politically smart move would've actually been to support capital punishment, it wouldve been supported by their base. Rather than this eternal mistake of trying to appeal to the non existent “moderate centre”.
