Arkadiy Dobkin, founder and Executive Chairman of EPAM Systems, met with Farkhod Ibragimov, CEO of Enterprise Uzbekistan, and Azamat Karamatov, CEO of IT Park Uzbekistan. Makhliyo Muksinova, Director for Strategic Development at IT Park Uzbekistan, and Sherzod Abdurakhmonov, Director of IT Park University, also took part in the meeting.

Farkhod Ibragimov showed how the special legal framework for global tech companies works and what's already in place. EPAM is joining our Founding Contributors and will send its proposals for the implementing acts we're drafting now.

The parties also talked about education. EPAM will get involved in the ecosystem's education projects and IT Park University, so students can start working on real commercial projects earlier.
