We discovered a country where you can surf Atlantic waves and, not far away, ski in snowy mountain towns. Its amazing culture — a blend of Arab, Berber, and European influences — was brought to life through a fun quiz (with New Year’s gifts!) and a feast of couscous, delicious pies, and coconut cookies. The perfect end was mastering the special, high-pour tea ceremony.
