📰 This week, Apple will bring together the company's top 100 executives for its annual retreat, where the main topic of discussion will be Apple Intelligence, artificial intelligence in general and plans for where the company will go next in this area. Other topics, about which nothing is known yet, have not been ruled out.
🗺 The other day, Robby Walker, who is Apple's senior director of Siri, told his employees that delays in key features are terrible and embarrassing, and the decision to promote the technology before it was ready only made things worse, reports Mark Gurman.
🤔 As of now, Apple has no plans to lay off top executives because of the Apple Intelligence crisis, but that could change at any time. The company is still open to change. It has discussed moving more executives under John Giannandrea to help with restructuring.
