TON's potential entry into the US market is no longer something to get excited about. First, Fragment introduces KYC for almost all transactions, including withdrawal of stars for monetization of Telegram channel. Then the TON Foundation "wakes up" and starts requiring full name, passport and residence for boosts, which were provided in the summer, during the first seasons of the open league. Surprisingly, KYC is not yet required for every airdrop within the league.

Where has this been seen? Maybe Hyperliquid (HYPE) giving away millions of dollars in drops is asking for contact information too?

Some projects were surprised, because they don't even have a funder, some started to demand signing NDAs to ensure that the data doesn't get to third parties. Others simply refused to provide the data. I asked for the text of the agreement to read it before signing, but I never received it. I had to hand over the data to at least get the text. Now waiting, apparently now next year they will send it 😄

Spoiler: I've glimpsed a document from another project, and there are several points where the TON Foundation can request a report on where the funds were spent. Also, the document states that it can't be signed by a Russian resident due to EU sanctions, and we have almost all projects from Russia. In addition, there is a clause that all development created within the league can be used by TON Foundation to promote the TON blockchain. 😳 Also, the document mentions a clause about not disclosing the terms of the agreement without TON Foundation's consent. Therefore, this post is going out before I received the agreement. If I haven't received it yet, then I don't know the terms, and if I don't know the terms, I can't violate them.
I also wonder what date the agreement will be signed. Wouldn't it happen that because of the cruel posts about the open league, I would then be charged with a violation and asked to return all the funds given out? 😳

The funny thing is that everything is going the classic way. TON Foundation is silent for half a year and then suddenly sends demands: "send your data, you have 1 day". Half a year we waited - and now it's urgent in 24 hours. 😁

Waiting for TON to start demanding KYC and Face ID to start memes and confirm the transaction. And if you don't provide the data, they will block USDT (yes, they have that option) or freeze your wallet for 5 years (they can do that too, we've already been through it).
