She’s the one who meets you at the airport with a smile (even at the most impossible hour), helps you choose the perfect Russian souvenir, and somehow solves every single problem that appears along the way — calmly, quickly, and like it’s the easiest thing in the world 💐

She’s a real diamond — bright, strong, and impossible to replace. And without a doubt, the true heart of InteRussia. That warm voice that lights up the room, and the quiet strength that appears the second something needs to get done. She’ll laugh with you one moment and have everything under control the next.

The programme is implemented as part of Rossotrudnichestvo’s flagship New Generation initiative with grant support from the Presidential Grants Foundation.

At Skoltech’s Innovation Workshop — where ideas take flight 💡

Participants of the STEM fellowship from 13 countries are deep into the hands-on program at Skoltech, learning how to design and build technological solutions in real time.

At the heart of it is the Innovation Workshop — an intense mix of lectures, practical sessions, and Quick Success challenges. In one of them teams had only limited materials and strict constraints to invent and build a flying device from scratch.

Fellows go through the full cycle:

⭕️rapid brainstorming and idea generation

⭕️prototyping

⭕️pitching finished concepts

The format is built to sharpen engineering and innovative thinking when time and resources are tight.

Practice, intensity and real projects — that’s the current chapter of the InteRussia fellowship 💯

The InteRussia fellowship program for foreign specialists in STEM is implemented by the Mezhdunarodniki Autonomous Non-Profit Organisation in cooperation with the Gorchakov Fund and the Skolkovo Institute of Science and Technology.
