Participants of the STEM fellowship from 13 countries are deep into the hands-on program at Skoltech, learning how to design and build technological solutions in real time.
At the heart of it is the Innovation Workshop — an intense mix of lectures, practical sessions, and Quick Success challenges. In one of them teams had only limited materials and strict constraints to invent and build a flying device from scratch.
Fellows go through the full cycle:
⭕️rapid brainstorming and idea generation
⭕️prototyping
⭕️pitching finished concepts
The format is built to sharpen engineering and innovative thinking when time and resources are tight.

The InteRussia fellowship program for foreign specialists in STEM is implemented by the Mezhdunarodniki Autonomous Non-Profit Organisation in cooperation with the Gorchakov Fund and the Skolkovo Institute of Science and Technology. The program is implemented as part of Rossotrudnichestvo’s flagship New Generation initiative with grant support from the Presidential Grants Foundation.
