Today we celebrate the birthday of Victoria — the person who stood at the very beginning of InteRussia and turned an idea into a living, growing fellowship program 🎁

You don’t always see her on stage, but her presence is felt everywhere. Victoria knows every fellowship, every cohort, and every fellow’s journey. She holds the full picture — from the first application to the final success story — and makes sure nothing important is ever lost along the way.

She builds systems, supports people, and creates space where talent can grow — calmly, thoughtfully, and with purpose.

Victoria, we wish you a year filled with inspiration, meaningful projects, and moments of joy you so generously give to others. May everything you create return to you multiplied — in energy, warmth, and new bright beginnings ❤️
