— 🇺🇸 New York Attorney General Letitia James has sued Polymarket, alleging the prediction market operator violated state gambling laws by operating without a required license and allowing access to users under 21.

The state is seeking civil fines, forfeiture of allegedly illegal gains and customer restitution, while Polymarket disputes the approach and says it sought direct engagement with officials.
