— 🇺🇸/🇶🇦/🇮🇷 NEW: Satellite images show that there are currently at least 25 American refueling aircraft at the Al Udeid Air Base in Qatar, the largest number of these aircraft recorded since tensions with Iran began in February.

These aircraft had been withdrawn early in the crisis due to Iranian missile threats, and did not begin to return until around June.

The aircraft are parked in a spaced-out configuration (unlike the close proximity at Prince Sultan Air Base in Saudi Arabia), which reflects the continued caution regarding the possibility of Iranian strikes.
