🇺🇦⚡ Kiev is switching to a "survival" mode ahead of winter

"The crisis could be quite large-scale. Unfortunately, temporary power outages have already begun in some districts. No matter how well we prepare, if air defense does not work, we could find ourselves in an extremely unfavorable situation," Klitschko said.
