Senior Ukrainian officials said Russia has launched a campaign against Kiev involving mass attacks, sabotage and attempts to provoke political chaos.

According to the report, the plan is to target not only energy, water supply and other critical infrastructure, but also facilities that everyday life in the capital depends on, including data centers, supermarkets and urban infrastructure. Sabotage and information operations are also expected to intensify.
