🤖 Instagram Will Introduce Paid AI Features

Instagram is preparing to charge for some of its AI features.

Adam Mosseri confirmed that tools for AI image and video generation will continue to be available for free, but only up to a daily usage limit. Users who rely on them more heavily will be able to subscribe for higher limits.

According to Mosseri, the reason is simple: running modern AI models is expensive, and Meta doesn't see unlimited free access as sustainable over the long term.
