🤖 Meta’s Smarter Age Bouncer Arrives in Canada
#news #Insta

Trying to pass off as 18+ on Instagram? Meta’s leveling up. In Canada, it’s rolling out an advanced age-detection tool that goes way beyond just birthdates.

🔍 The AI considers things like who you follow, what content you engage with, even birthday-wishes from others, all to figure out if you’re really under 18. Teens under 16 are automatically put into Advanced Security Mode, and only a parent can switch it off.

🇨🇦 For Canadian teens, Instagram just hired a stricter digital doorman, and slipping by won’t be easy anymore!
