📲 Instagram catches up to TikTok with this long-requested Reels feature
#news #Insta

Instagram now allows users in the U.S. to download Reels directly to their mobile devices, a long-awaited feature that mirrors TikTok’s viral-friendly functionality. Instagram is testing a new Stories feature called Storylines, which allows users and their mutual connections to collaboratively build extended Stories around shared events or experiences. This experiment follows the recent rollout of the Blend feature for Reels, and reflects Instagram’s strategy to boost interaction through DMs and Stories, where most engagement now happens.
