"This waiver establishes an authorized, legally protected disclosure mechanism for current and former personnel to provide UAP-related National Defense Information (NDI) to designated representatives of the PURSUE effort.

Under this directive, all current and former DOW service members, civilian personnel, and contractors holding or previously granted access to UAP-related National Defense Information (NDI) are authorized to disclose protected information directly to official PURSUE representatives.

The waiver supersedes civil and administrative enforcement provisions contained within Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) and Special Access Program Indoctrination Agreements (SAPIAs) previously executed within the United States, strictly for communications directed to the PURSUE team."

10. Loan amount credited to an account for borrower’s use.

11. Bank deceives borrower by calling credit a “Loan” when it is an exchange for the deposited asset.

12. Bank deceives public at large by calling this process Mortgage Lending, Loan and similar.

13. Bank deceives borrower by charging Interest and fees when there is no value provided to the borrower by the bank.

14. Bank provides none of its own money so the bank has no consideration in the transaction and so no true contract exists.

15. Bank deceives borrower that the borrower’s self-created credit is a “Loan” from the bank, thus there is no full disclosure so no true contract exists. Borrower is the true creditor in the transaction. Borrower created the money. Bank provided no value.

16. Bank deceives borrower that borrower is Debtor not Creditor

17. Bank Hides its Liability by off balance-sheet accounting and only shows its Debtor ledger in order to deceive the borrower and the Court.

18. Bank demands borrower’s payments without just cause. Deception-theft- fraud.

19. Bank sells borrower’s Financial Instrument to a third party for profit.

20. Sale of the Financial Instrument confirms it has intrinsic value as an asset, yet that value is not credited to the borrower as creator and depositor of the Instrument.

21. Bank hides truth from the borrower, not admitting theft, nor sharing proceeds of the sale of the borrower’s Financial Instrument with the borrower.

22. The borrower’s Financial Instrument is converted into a security through a trust or similar arrangement in order to defeat restrictions on transactions of Loan Contracts.

23. The Security including the Loan Contract is sold to investors, despite the fact that such Securitization is Illegal.

24. Bank is not the Holder in Due Course of the Loan Contract .Only the Holder in Due Course can claim on the Loan Contract.

25. Bank deceives the borrower that the bank is Holder in Due Course of the Loan.

The Goal:
Republicans just released a final 635-page proposal. To bypass a filibuster and move the bill forward, they need 60 votes. Since there are 53 Republicans, they must convince at least 7 Democrats to cross party lines and vote "yes".

The Drama:
The main sticking point has been severe friction over ethics rules regarding President Trump's personal crypto ventures.

Late Sunday night, a massive breakthrough occurred: 🔴
Trump agreed to "about 80%" of a bipartisan ethics proposal to divest or blind-trust significant crypto holdings.

Furthermore, the National Sheriffs' Association unexpectedly dropped its long-held opposition to the bill.

The Reality Check:
Even though this compromise heavily favors a "yes" vote, prediction markets like Polymarket only give the bill an 18% chance of fully passing into law before the year ends. This is because the House of Representatives is scheduled to go on recess just two days after this vote, leaving a razor-thin timeline before the November midterms.

The Wednesday Fed Rate Shock
Less than 24 hours after the Senate vote, the Federal Reserve will announce its interest rate decision. The market just received a massive shock here.

The Surprise:
Up until last week, most investors assumed the Fed would keep rates paused. However, fresh, stubborn inflation data just dropped.

The Outlook: Wall Street economists surveyed have aggressively shifted their projection, that there is now an 85% to 90% expectation that the Fed will raise interest rates by 0.25% to a target of 3.75%–4.00%. This would be the first rate hike under Fed Chair Kevin Warsh. Higher interest rates generally pull cash out of crypto and into safe bonds, creating a heavy gravity macro environment.

Is this market manipulation happening by these so called "economists" and will Kevin surprise them all with a rate decrease.
