Joint IDF and ISA announcement:

The IDF and ISA eliminated the terrorist who was filmed abducting Noa Argamani and Avinatan Or on a motorcycle during the October 7th Massacre

Yesterday (Saturday), the IDF and ISA, together with Gideonim Unit 33 of Lahav 433, struck in the Nuseirat area and eliminated the terrorist Saher Nidal Latfi Sakr, a terrorist operative affiliated with global jihadist organizations operating in the Gaza Strip. Among other activities, he supplied weapons to the Hamas terrorist organization during the war.

Sakr infiltrated Israeli territory during the October 7th Massacre and drove the motorcycle used to abduct Noa Argamani and Avinatan Or from the Nova music festival into the Gaza Strip.

Recently, Sakr advanced attacks targeting IDF troops and Israeli civilians, in cooperation with terrorist operatives from the military wings of the Hamas and Islamic Jihad terrorist organizations, in systematic violation of the ceasefire agreement. He was eliminated in an aerial strike in order to remove the threat he posed.

Prior to the strike, measures were taken to mitigate harm to civilians, including the use of precise munitions and aerial surveillance.

The security forces under the Southern Command remain deployed in the area in accordance with the agreement and will continue to operate to remove any immediate threat.
