- My direct responsibilities
My direct responsibilities include monitoring there chat quality and making sure they are doing it on company's standard policy also making sure that all the queries from the client were resolved completely and there after I audit the chats strictly and sent a particular report to my Team leader about the manager performance.


- KPIs I managed or influenced
Ensuring that each manager must score more then 95 marks identifying critical errors and informing my manager on a respective KPI meeting which were held weekly.
Basically all the 20 Manager team which I was allotted score an average of 94-95 , I was awarded as the best supervisor in my company for more then 3 months.

Yeah I used to take training for the manager which were hired as per company policy.

- Notable outcomes or achievements (e.g., KPI improvements, process improvements, promotions)


Also,I was offered a position of Team leader in my company but i did not wanted the promotion as salary were not as per my standard's.
