📋 Требования:
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. MBA is a plus.

Minimum 5 years of experience in CRM management, preferably within media, digital marketing, or related sectors.

Proven experience leading and developing high-performing teams.

Strong knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Braze, etc.) and data analytics tools.

Deep understanding of customer segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and personalization techniques.

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with regional and global stakeholders.

Detail-oriented with excellent project management and organizational skills.

Familiarity with data privacy laws and compliance requirements.
