its prettiest sunset just for today!

foamlets skipped ashore with pockets full of pearly shells, whilst little picnic baskets brimmed over with gimbap & onigiri, fruit sandwiches, and watermelon slices sweet enough to rival the summer sun. somewhere beyond the bobbing tide, amber light gathered ever so softly, as though the evening itself wished to linger just a little longer. let's leave footprints all over today's summer diary with kang hyewon! 𓈒♡ྀི

[popping in: a message from kwangbae. in regard to the tubby swarms confetti and foamy birthday party.] 𖠵𓈒ׅ 🌸 it is a missive—not only something permissive, but persuasive! allow it to unfurl on the willow-mottled galilee where lilium’s pots are stranded as though they are sprinkles of poppers on one’s tablecloth. fluttering from the cannikin of a lemon sherbet where bubbles burst beneath a citrus-tinged sunsquall, and next to it, the lamella of craveable onigiri cooked with a handful tenderness. in a cottage where an ever-so-sweetly redolent dawn slips through the softened cloud and remains here as a tinsy trinket, where everyone hymns in jolly for #HYEWONS27thSUMMER’s festivity. complete the vacant seats with your littoral silhouette, would you love tippy-toeing—peeling each rind?

darling baubles curio cupboard!

periwinkles scampered over candy coloured rockpools and bobbled from one shallow tidelet to another: teeny picnic cloth unfurled upon the sandy strand beneath the sea’s swish-swash. starfish rested hotchpotch about beside shell bracelets and seaside bric-a-brac as blush where clementine hues bloomed across the sky. palms cradled homemade onigiri whilst holiday favourite gimbap came paired with the pop-pop fizz of melon mojito through a twirly straw! 𖣯 • 🍉
