this incident reminds me of the quote
"we're slaves to the bottom 10% of society."
simply because majority of laws/rules are imposed toward them, which inadvertently blankets the rest of society as well
it just takes one or two thugs to ruin an experience for the rest of society
"society is being held hostage by thugs."
