HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER

Key responsibilities:
- Assessing and developing the current HR function, workforce structure, policies, processes and controls.
- Establishing a clear and reliable manpower, payroll and employee data baseline.
Strengthening payroll, attendance, overtime compensation and HR controls.
- Developing practical approaches to grading, compensation, performance management and increments.
- Working closely with senior leadership and department heads to drive accountability and reshape the culture and way of working.
Requirements:
- Minimum 7+ years of relevant HR experience, with meaningful HR leadership responsibility.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a relevant field.
- Experience building, restructuring or materially improving an HR function.
- Recent UAE experience is essential, with a strong practical understanding of UAE labour laws, payroll, employee relations and multicultural workforce management.
- Experience in retail, FMCG, wholesale, distribution, food trading, logistics or similar environment
