You don’t need to be an HRBP already.
If you have around 2 years of experience in any HR function and feel that becoming an HRBP is the next step in your career, I’d love to talk to you.
You don’t have to start from ground zero either. I’ve personally built much of the foundation — our culture, structure, performance practices and the way we develop our people.
Now, I’m looking for someone who can grow into this role, take ownership, keep the momentum alive and make it even stronger.
