• Partner with business leaders on HR strategy and people-related matters
• Drive employee engagement and organizational effectiveness
• Support performance management, talent management and succession planning
• Handle employee relations and provide HR advisory support
• Support workforce planning and organizational development initiatives
Ideal Profile:
• Strong experience in HR Business Partnering
• Experience working closely with business/functional leadership
• Strong exposure to employee relations, talent management and performance management
• Experience in Engineering / Automotive / OEM / Manufacturing environments would be relevant
