HR GENERALIST

This is a hands-on HR role with ownership of the full employee lifecycle, including:
- Recruitment & onboarding
- Employee relations & offboarding
- Employment contracts & HR documentation
- Payroll coordination & benefits administration
- HR policies & procedures
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in HR Generalist, HR Manager, People Operations or similar roles
- Strong knowledge of Peruvian labor law and local employment practices
- Hands-on experience with recruitment, contracts, payroll coordination, benefits and employee relations
- Experience working with external payroll, legal, accounting or HR providers
- Experience setting up or supporting a new office/business is a strong plus
