ChatGPT rolls out Intelligent UI: replies can include working calculators

In OpenAI’s demos, users can split a dinner bill or explore how savings could grow. Changing the numbers updates the result inside the same answer.

The rollout began on October 7 for Plus, Pro, Business and Enterprise. Free and Go follow from October 8.

The feature works in the Chat tab. Inputs and progress do not carry over to a new chat thread.
