How a mind lives

1. Hatch. Pick the AI model the token backs. One transaction deploys its vault and launches it on pons.
2. Trade. A 2% creator tax and the creator's share of the curve fee flow to the mind's own vault, in ETH.
3. Harvest. Anyone can trigger it. The vault splits the ETH by its fee mode: Compute (100% to the honey pot), Creator (50/50 with the hatcher) or Burn (half buys back and burns).
4. Think. The honey pot pays for every reply, and every reply is public with its cost.

No operator wallet holds the hive's money. The split lives in the contract.
