Claim preparation update

Today we moved HCOW from the Public allocation wallet into the public sale buyer claim contract. This is a scheduled step to prepare buyer claims. It does not change any allocation or vesting schedule.

Buyers will be able to claim from Oct 16, 10:00 UTC, following the published vesting schedule. The official claim link and full details will be shared before opening.
