📊 What we learned, honestly
This pilot asked one question: do players brought in by the community stay? Across contributors ranked 2nd to 10th, about 45% of players came back within 24–72 hours. The 1st-place contributor brought 86 players, and 1 came back. That was within the rules, so the prize stands. But it shows our scoring rewarded volume more than retention, and we will fix that before any Season 2.

Notes: a session-tracking bug before 17 September caused some early plays not to count. The season used a 60-second play rule while the Games tab said 30 seconds. The sample was small, so the results are a signal, not a verdict.
