Especially if you’re so lonely that you’re thinking about suicide, you need to join an active club and learn to fight with your White brothers. Sparring is good for a man’s soul. Also get into other useful hobbies, like tactical marksmanship, business, fitness; and get a passport or travel to Eastern Europe if you’re really hurting for a female companion — it’s not as optimal as getting yourself an American lady but it’s way better than nothing. If you have free time and some money, you have plenty of options. Suicide is not an acceptable option if you’re White.
