"Meritocracy" when every boomer who graduated from high school in the 70s could get a lifetime manufacturing job with good benefits and pay while white zoomers are expected to go into debt and get multiple degrees for the mere chance of a barely middle class job which they will likely be laid off from due to AI, jeets, etc. The very term "meritocracy" is just a pysop to get fair minded young whites to get accustomed to their racial and generational subordination in the job market, housing market, etc.
