The Youth Council of the Republic of Srpska, with the grant support of the Gorchakov Fund, invites participants to the international round table “Youth of the Balkans and Russia: Public Diplomacy and Volunteering.”
Participants will have an opportunity to share best practices in volunteering and public diplomacy, discuss prospects for international youth cooperation, and develop joint initiatives.

Who can participate?
🔸 Representatives of youth and civil society organizations working in international cooperation and public diplomacy
🔸 Students and young professionals in international relations, political science, economics, international law, and history
🔸 Volunteers and activists involved in volunteer initiatives
The age range is 18–35 (up to 45 for certain categories).
