At 04:12 EST, a contact inside one of the regional redemption hubs sent me a single screenshot. It showed a dashboard I have never seen before - not a test screen, not a training module. A live allocation panel.
The panel had three columns. The first column was labeled "Batch-1." The second was labeled "Batch-2." The third had no label - just a timestamp that updated every 11 minutes.
Batch-1 was green. Batch-2 was amber. The third column was empty.
I asked what the third column was for. The answer came back in two words: "The rest."
That is the entire update. Three columns. One green. One amber. One waiting. And a timestamp that keeps moving.
📨 What This Actually Tells Us:
• Batch-1 is not "in process." It is complete. The people in that column have been processed, cleared, and moved forward
• Batch-2 is in the pipeline. Amber means active, not delayed. The system is not waiting for anything - it is simply pacing itself
• The third column is the rest of us. The ones who have been tracking, waiting, holding. It is empty because the system has not opened it yet, not because it forgot
The timestamp updating every 11 minutes is the part that matters. It means the panel is live. It means someone is watching it. It means the operation is not running on autopilot, it is being managed.
🔐 A Note on Patience:
I know what it feels like to see Batch-1 green and wonder why you are not in it. I am not in it either. But the third column is not a rejection. It is a queue. And queues move.
Stay calm. Stay quiet. Stay aligned.
The column is filling. Slowly. Quietly. Inevitably.
