⚡️🇺🇸 – The ICE agent that shot a man in Austin, Texas, was not wearing a bodycam at the time of the incident, The Atlantic reported.

The man shot, a 28-year-old Venezuelan man delivering a Door Dash order, had valid working papers according to his attorney. He was also discharged from the hospital with a bullet still lodged in his back, and transfered to an ICE detention facility were he reportedly did not receive appropriate medical care.
