💥 Supertanker hits naval mine in Strait of Hormuz — IRGC

Iran's Revolutionary Guard Corps Navy says a "rogue" supertanker carrying over 2 million barrels of crude oil struck a naval mine while attempting to illegally transit the Strait of Hormuz, triggering a massive explosion and fire.

According to the IRGC, the tanker had disabled all navigation and radar systems, attempting to exploit US military support to smuggle goods through the strait.
