🇨🇳 Chinese military tests readiness in the face of US encroachment

Conducted in the Gobi Desert, China's latest military drills involved a live-fire exercise with a PLA rocket artillery unit.

A reconnaissance drone located a target and relayed coordinates to the command section who then directed launchers to execute a strike.

The drill took place as the US moves to deploy NMESIS anti-ship missile launchers on Japanese soil only about 100 kilometers away from the island of Taiwan.

The US maintains a significant military presence in Japan, South Korea and the Philippines, and even sends personnel to Taiwan – it is small wonder that China wants to keep its troops sharp and ready to do battle at a moment’s notice.
