💵 Gaza War bonanza: How US giants cashed in big on Israel's genocide

📌 Even as the shaky ceasefire in Gaza appears to hold, the US arms pipeline that Israel’s brutal campaign against Hamas triggered has its future fortunes locked in.

🔴 Donald Trump is currently seeking congressional approval of a $6.4 billion package of US weapons sales to Israel—including $3.8 billion in Boeing Apache attack helicopters and $1.9 billion for 3,200–3,250 infantry assault vehicles.

🔴 Since the start of Israel’s Gaza War, American defense titans and tech behemoths have raked in billions, with Boeing, Northrop Grumman, General Dynamics, and Caterpillar leading the charge, according to corporate 2024 earnings filings, US government arms approvals, and Defense Security Cooperation Agency arms sale notifications.

🔴 The US approved $32+ billion in weapons, ammo, and gear for Israel since October 2023.

🔴 Annual military aid jumped from $3.3 billion to $6.8 billion last year, plus additional noncash support.

Arms sales skyrocket

🔴 Boeing leads the pack:

➡️ $18.8 billion for F-15 strike fighters starting delivery in 2029

➡️ $7.9 billion in guided bombs and kits this year alone — far exceeding prior decade-long contracts

🔴 Other beneficiaries:

➡️ Northrop Grumman: jet fighter spare parts

➡️ Lockheed Martin: precision missiles; missiles division revenue up 13% to $12.7 billion in 2024

➡️ General Dynamics: 120mm shells for Merkava tanks

➡️ Caterpillar’s armored D9 bulldozers, widely used in Gaza to raze neighborhoods

➡️ Oshkosh & Rolls-Royce USA: Hulls and engines powering Eitan armored vehicles

Tech titans join feast

♦️ West Coast giants Microsoft, Google, and Amazon also signed deals to provide cloud computing, AI infrastructure, and data services to the Israeli military. Cloud deals can be worth tens of millions per year per contract depending on the scale.

♦️ Microsoft halted IDF access in Sept. 2025 due to employee protests, but until that point, was generating revenue from the IDF’s use of cloud services and AI tools.

♦️ Palantir, co-founded by Peter Thiel, partnered with the Israeli Defense Ministry in 2024, providing AI systems and facial recognition technology.

♦️ CEO Alex Karp dismissed claims the tech kills Palestinians at a May conference: "Mostly terrorists," he fired back.
