✨ A Glimpse Into the Early Universe
NASA’s James Webb Space Telescope has captured a breathtaking new view of NGC 602, a young star cluster located nearly 200,000 light-years away.
Because this region contains very few heavy elements, it closely resembles the environment of the early Universe. Webb also revealed dense clouds of dust and glowing gas where new stars are still being born.
These observations are helping astronomers understand how the first generations of stars formed billions of years ago.
