Today in our architecture series, we’re heading to Tokyo, where preparations are well underway for the opening of LOEWE Crafted World.
The exhibition celebrates the fashion house’s 179-year history, tracing its journey from a small group of artisans in Madrid to one of the luxury industry’s leading brands.
Created in collaboration with architecture firm OMA, the show brings together interactive displays, archival footage and diagrams of traditional techniques, highlighting LOEWE’s ties to Japanese culture and craftsmanship. Visitors can also explore works by Kyoto’s renowned Oonishi family, alongside plenty of nods to Studio Ghibli.
The exhibition runs from March 29 to May 11 and is open to all.
