Introducing Fiverr’s Winter Release (Part 1 of 2)

Are you ready for this? We have new updates to the product that we’re thrilled to share with you. Beginning with, your most requested feature is finally here! The all-new Team Account makes collaboration simpler and smoother, empowering you to scale your business and take on more orders—all while staying in control.

🔸 What is the new Team Account feature?

Team Account is a new feature designed to give agencies and ambitious freelancers a structured, secure way to collaborate on Fiverr while maintaining complete visibility over their business.

Until now, many teams operated under a single account—typically that of the business owner—creating challenges around account sharing, business privacy, and workload management. Team Account resolves this issue by allowing business owners to assign roles, delegate tasks, and oversee their entire operation efficiently, without compromising security.

🔸 How does it work?

Each Team Account will have an owner who will add their team members, delegate the level of access to the account that the user should have, and assign tasks to their team. Each team member will have their password, as well as a unique dashboard that relates to the tasks that have been assigned to them.

All team members will have access to the client's project information, order history, and the chat with your client. However, access to sensitive information, such as credit card details and analytics, will be available only to the Team Account owner. The Team Account owner will delegate permissions and tasks to their team members, allowing them to easily lead their projects.

🔸 What is the benefit?

Team Account will allow freelancers to take on more clients, save time through smarter task delegation, and enhance project delivery through simplified team efforts, giving you the chance to scale your business efficiently, free up time for personal and professional growth, and provide the buyer with a more seamless experience.

For teams or freelancers ready to take your business to the next level by adding someone new to the mix, create a Team Account today!
