Updates on ID verification issues

Hi all!

We understand that some of you have experienced issues with the verification process, so we want to share a few important updates to help clarify things:

🔸 Verification Timeout

If you started the process and didn’t complete it within 24 hours, your session may have timed out. A fix is on the way and will be available in the next few days. Once ready, you’ll automatically receive another opportunity to complete the process.

What to do now: If this affects you, please contact Customer Support, and they’ll help you get another attempt.

🔸 Verification Eligibility

If the verification wasn’t successfully completed, your account might have been marked as ineligible, and your services temporarily suspended. Once the process is approved, your eligibility will be restored.

🔸 Photo and ID Verification Issues

We’re working to improve the process for ID and photo verification as some freelancers have faced challenges. Updates are coming soon, and Customer Support can assist in the meantime if needed.

We truly understand how important it is for you to have your profile verified, and we genuinely appreciate your feedback on the issues you've encountered. Your insights are invaluable in helping us improve our system and resolve any current challenges.
