At 🔵Fasqon, his role goes beyond traditional fintech product management.

Pavlo will provide independent senior oversight across product strategy and execution—reviewing architecture, user journeys, prioritisation, feature logic, monetisation opportunities, customer discovery, and delivery quality to ensure every part of the platform supports a coherent long-term vision.

He will also help shape Fasqon’s AI roadmap, validating practical use cases for AI-powered financial workflows while strengthening our B2B proposition through direct customer research and product validation.

For a platform that combines banking, digital assets, AI agents, payments, treasury, and enterprise finance, product quality cannot depend on execution alone.

It requires experienced people willing to challenge assumptions, identify gaps early, and ensure that every decision contributes to a stronger product.
