Vacancy: Lead Blockchain Security Engineer (Custody & Rebalancing)

Requirements:
- Deep expertise in Custody and Rebalancing
- Knowledge of hot, warm, and cold storage architecture
- Experience with MPC/TSS (e.g., MPC-CMP, GG18), HSM, Cloud HSM
- Proven experience in implementing cryptographic algorithms (ECDSA, EdDSA), distributed signing
- Understanding of Bitcoin, Ethereum/EVM protocols, UTXO, and accounting models
- Proficiency in Rust, Go, C++, or Python development
- Familiarity with security standards (FIPS 140-2/3, ISO 27001, SOC 2), MiCA, FATF
- Ability to implement MFA, RBAC, and operational auditing
